Every ticket includes a £1.50 levy as part of the face value, clearly marked. The theatre uses the money to fund restoration projects, maintenance and upkeep.

Do you want to pick up pre-paid tickets at the venue? You can do so within the hour before the show starts, from the box office. Take proof of purchase with you – they'll need to see the card you used to pay for your tickets plus your booking reference number.
The theatre box office, which you'll find inside the building, sells tickets. Here are the opening hours:
Stay safe from cowboys! Make sure you find a STAR accredited online theatre tickets retailer. Just look for the official STAR logo
STAR means the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers. They abide by a set of rules so you're properly protected if something goes wrong. They will display the face value of your tickets clearly, support you with any issues and let you know up front about restricted views from seats before you buy
Some online sellers let you print your own theatre tickets instead of picking them up in person or having them posted. It's quicker as well as environmentally friendly and cheaper. But remember to print a separate ticket for every person in your group.
If 8 or more of you are planning a theatre tip, you can get a special group discount. Discount group tickets are brilliant for big group outings including birthday parties, stag and hen parties, work outings and school trips. To find out more or make your group booking, call 0344 482 5100.
Disabled people and their cares can claim low cost discounted tickets. Call the Prince Edward theatre’s access line on 0344 482 5137 for friendly, expert help and answers to your access questions. They'll give you a warm welcome.
